Five Rivers Market accepts quality furniture and home décor items that are in like-new condition. Merchandise must be desirable and ready for our retail showroom. Remember, the better an item looks, the better it sells!
Upholstered and Leather Furniture:
- Needs to be clean and vacuumed on top and under cushions
- No stains, rips, tears, or worn upholstery
- No discoloration from sunlight or worn fabric
- Must be Smoke-free/ Odor free/ Pet hair free
- The piece must be in like-new condition and show little to no signs of heavy wear
- Cushions should have little to no sign of sagging or lack of shape
Hard Furniture and Goods:
- Must be clean and free of dust
- No watermarks or discoloration
- No major scratches, chips, or noticeable flaws
- No broken or missing hardware
- Drawers and doors must operate properly
- Legs and Frame must be sturdy
Home Décor:

Must have a retail value greater than $25 and in like-new condition

Lamps must have shade and be in working condition

Rugs must be 4’ x 6’ or greater in size and free from stains and odors

Mirrors must be framed and in excellent condition

Holiday Décor may be accepted in season
If you are not sure whether your items meet our guidelines, feel free to ask! We will inspect all items prior to acceptance. Five Rivers Market reserves the right to decline any items that do not meet our quality guidelines. There may be additional conditions that prevent us from accepting an item.
